Next week we will be celebrating Social Justice Week. The theme this year is: 

‘Fair, you say?’ 

Seeking fairness in an unfair world

With the theme of fairness, these prayers are designed to help guide our focus on how the world can be a fairer place where love and justice reign.

Equality

How much do we need?

How much can we hold?

How much can we share?

Teach us Lord, to know abundance.

Teach us Lord, to respect the harvest.

Teach us Lord, to multiply our gifts.

Whether we are widows or leaders.

Whether we are teachers or students.

Whether we are nine or ninety.

Bring us to your table together

so that we can break bread together, Lord.

Even more, be bread for one another.
