The school photo order form has been sent home today.

You will have the order form below for class and individual portraits ; and
if you had sibling photos taken you will have a separate order form for those.
Class photos are available for viewing in the school foyer.
Please do not remove the proof from the order form.

Orders are to be back to the school office by Monday 25 November at the latest.
Photos will be ready approx two weeks following this.

Direct payment to the photographer via internet banking is preferred (see order form for details), however, cash and cheques can be placed in the order envelope and returned to the school office.  DO NOT pay direct to school via internet banking, please.
